Virtual Collaboration & Alignment

Remote Interaction with Teams

Visual Collaboration ways using tools as Miro, Mural, Notability, iPad based intuitive real-time engaging gave a different experience to the participants that made them inclusive and participative.

Virtual Collaboration with Teams

Major Challenges of Virtual Collaboration

  • Lack of Face-to-Face Interaction: We found that teams working in remote environment miss out on the benefits of in-person face-to-face interactions, such as building rapport, understanding body language, and developing stronger personal connections.

  • Collaboration: It wasn't easy to build Collaboration for virtual teams, but was difficult to achieve when team members are no present on video calls. We found that teams have their own working styles, individuals have their own way of working so it was challenging to find ways to collaborate effectively.

  • Cultural Differences: While having conversations with the Virtual teams we found that they often consist of members from diverse cultural backgrounds with different communication styles, decision-making processes, approach and team dynamics.
